Bilingual Export Coordinator / A/R – Paid Holidays + Steady Pay (Miami)

We are hiring motivated team members to join our busy liquor retail and fulfillment operation. The main responsibility for this role is picking customer orders from packing slips with accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience with alcohol handling or order picking is preferred. Job Duties: Qualifications being sought include: • Replacing bottle trailers from the processing plant. • Check to make sure you have the proper forms to fill out as you are unloading. • Make sure all paperwork is filled out correctly. • Document trailer numbers, time started and time finished, document the trailer temp, types of product you are unloading, and code dates. • Put any and all mixed pallets away in the spots where the product belongs. • Communicate with the replenisher on what can be brought up next and what trailers can be moved. • Bring trucks to the upper dock for loading and rotate as needed • Replenish products as needed to keep up with the demands of the box. • Must be able to communicate if problems arise. • Good safety record. • Ability to move vehicles safely and slowly, checking all connections prior to moving. • Trailer audits • Refueling of trailers when needed. • Must be flexible if needed to stay and help load some later routes. • Complete the daily trailer list, document what product is in what trailers along with code dates and pallet counts. • Class A/B CDL license is preferred. • Other duties as needed. Help store manager maintain control over cash by helping to investigate and correct discrepancies and by maintaining a balanced change box and cash drawers. -Communicate with the store manager after each shift about any customer issues, open orders or product issues. -Ability to work solo in the shop. This entails being able to answer most customer questions and when in doubt, being able to take accurate notes for a manager to follow up at a later date. -Process returns as needed. -Retain a copy of the shop keys.
