Repairs: Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing pipes. Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, mounting TVs, and performing other basic electrical tasks. HVAC: Checking for proper operation of Thermostats, Smoke and C02 Detectors General: Patching drywall, painting walls and ceilings, and repairing minor carpentry issues. Maintenance & Upkeep: Routine Inspections: Conducting regular checks to identify and address potential problems. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. Construction company looking for an experienced Class A Driver with Equipment Operator experience Responsibilities include: - Operate Class A vehicles to safely transport heavy equipment, machinery, and materials to and from job sites. - Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with field superintendents and office staff to meet project demands. - Operate all company and non-company equipment being utilized on job sites to assist with specific tasks as needed. - Serve as the primary point of responsibility for the general maintenance, organization, and readiness of all company trucks (the fleet) and all non-drilling construction equipment. - Perform and document routine preventative maintenance on all assigned vehicles and equipment, such as fluid level checks, tire pressure, and basic inspections. - Maintain the overall organization, cleanliness, and safety of the entire company yard. - Develop and implement efficient systems for storing equipment, tools, and materials. - Conduct regular inventory checks of yard assets.
