We are looking for a part-time employee to work as an administrative and production (assembly) assistant. We are a family-owned business located in Roseville. That being said, we need someone who is available on a regular basis. This is a great position for someone who is retired, works another job, or is looking for flexible part-time work - This is a permanent P/T position. There is a lot of training involved and we are looking for someone who wants to work with us for at least the next 18 months to 2 years. Requirements - Friendly and professional - Team player - Able to direction well - We are a drug-free environment - Must have transportation - Must be reliable - Must pass a criminal background check - References required Skill Requirements - Able to work efficiently (projects must be done in required time limits) - Great communication and writing skills - Must take direction well - Work well with a team - Work well independently - Attention to detail is a must - Must have great organizational skills - Computer literacy - Able to lift up to 40lbs - Able to work physically on your feet for up to 4hrs at a time - Have excellent typing skills - Ability to multi-task The job has two parts. 1) Entering data into spreadsheets, using UPS website, and handling CS emails (Very detailed work with a great deal of multitasking. Time efficiency and attention to detail is a must!) 2) Assembling sample boxes of multiple sizes to be sent out to consumers There are times you will be left to handle the work alone. It is imperative that you like to work independently, are able to work quickly, feel comfortable working with spreadsheets and doing data entry, and can perform physical labor.
