We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to our growing team! We are a leading manufacturing of high- quality HVAC coils and components. This role will be responsible for upholding our excellent customer service standards and fostering relationships with our client base located across the country. We are looking for a passionate and energizing individual who is able to advocate for our customers and become a subject matter expert in the industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and customer inquiries via phone and email. • Receive, review and evaluate customer quotations and understand the scope of work. • Accurately prepare and submit sales order; review all orders and revisions for completeness • Support daily operation activities of the sales and customer service department. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, outlook, and Excel ) • Experience in QuickBooks preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask prioritizes responsibilities and work effectively in a team setting. The roles of Quality Control Technician include, but are not limited to: • Perform chemical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products to determine adherence to prescribed specifications. • Record test results and demonstrate good documentation practices (GDP) and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good laboratory practices (GLP). • Perform the batch record review per instructions for accuracy and adherence to GDP. • Create and report certificate of analysis. • Perform, record, trend daily/periodic QC checks/data to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of data being reported. • Evaluate the quality of data generated and adherence to procedures and practices. • Record, investigate, and report non-conforming results (OOS) to supervisor in a timely manner. • Report any deviations from procedures and normal practices to manager. • Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents/samples according to procedures. • Ensure all lab glassware is clean, and all equipment is calibrated prior to use. • Keep work area and equipment safe, clean and in good working order. • Attend any recommended training requested by the manager. • Perform other duties as agreed upon by both parties within the scope of the Quality Control Technician role. Hours: Monday -Friday Pay: $22.00-24.00
