Urgently Hiring Machine Operator - AM & PM Shift (Full-time/Part-time) Hours: AM shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday PM shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am Monday to Friday Some Saturdays: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Essential Job Duties: • Operate an inkjet, inserter, stamper, and envelope sealer in a mailroom work environment • Verify all postal paperwork and tray counts match job requirements • Wrap, strap, box, and prepare mail as required • Assist other departments as needed Qualifications: • Print/production knowledge is a plus • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible • Excellent communication (written and verbal) • Good mathematical skills • Ability to apply written instructions for machine set-up and maintenance. • Basic computer familiarity (Microsoft suite preferred) • Basic knowledge of current postal regulations, and the basic elements of mailing and printing, for communication with other production personnel • Able to move freely throughout the building to gather information and materials as needed • Proven history of punctuality and a strong work ethic • Willing to work flexible hours • Basic PC skills to process jobs promptly • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Bigeye Direct, Inc. 22469 Ladbrook Drive Sterling, VA 20166
