We are looking for a contract Project Manager to spearhead phase 2 development of our newest glamping resort from initiation to completion. As a Survey Crew Chief for LaBella, you will perform survey assignments related to topographic and boundary surveying, ALTA/ASCM land title surveys, construction staking, terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone, structure monitoring in support of land surveying, civil engineering, architectural and environmental projects. You will be working under the direction of Licensed Professional Surveyors. We are currently hiring a Structural Engineer to join our Building Engineering Division in our Rochester, NY office. The Building Engineering Division at LaBella provides complete building engineering services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering. Services range from feasibility studies and analysis through project design and construction. Our engineers are well versed in new construction, renovations, additions, analysis, special structures, and design/build projects for a variety of clients. The Structural Discipline provides structural engineering services with emphasis on new design, repair, and rehabilitation of constructed works, as well as investigation and performance evaluation. This position will work closely under the supervision of a Senior Structural Engineer to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports.
