A well-established residential service provider is seeking a dependable, physically capable individual to service a route of multi-family housing properties. This position involves maintaining trash and recycling areas, removing bulk waste, and ensuring clean, safe conditions at assigned sites. Candidates must be comfortable working alone, starting early, and performing physically demanding work in all conditions. You MUST submit a resume to apply. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of waste/recycling enclosures (indoor and outdoor) Sweep, clear debris, and remove large discarded items Load mattresses, sofas, appliances, and other bulk waste onto a truck bed Work efficiently and safely with minimal supervision Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout shift Ability to jump onto/off of 4-foot ledges multiple times daily Frequent bending, twisting, crouching, and reaching Comfort working in all weather conditions Willingness to get dirty and handle difficult materials Qualifications: Must be at least 22 years old Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years (CDL not required) Clean driving record Able to pass background check and drug screening Local to the area where this role is based Strong work ethic, humility, and reliability required Resume with city of residence and phone number must be submitted for consideration Schedule & Pay: $23.00/hour 4:00 AM start time Sunday through Thursday schedule (Friday and Saturday OFF) Full-time (8 hours/day) You are paid for the full shift, even if your route finishes early Additional Benefits: Take-home company vehicle (saves on gas – no commute to office) Company credit card for route-related expenses Medical benefits available Consistent hours and strong work/life balance This is a long-term opportunity for someone dependable and physically strong who prefers to work solo and take pride in a job well done. SECURITY RESPOSIBILITIES Responsible for the Safety and Well-being of Pat’s at Punalu’u Condominium; Owners, Residents, Guests/Visitors, Vendors and Staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Monitoring flow of pedestrian and vehicular traffic through property and common areas: • Assisting Residents, Guests, and Contractors, while they are on property • Watching for and initiating contact with unwanted individuals and activity • Documenting all incidents and notifying management in a timely manner • Notifying HPD when required (i.e. Property Damage, Domestic, Theft and/or Trespass) • Notifying EMS when required (i.e. Injury and/or Illness) • Notifying HFD when required (i.e. Fire) • Locating and securing unsafe, hazardous areas on property • Performs other duties as directed by the Security Manager Monitoring of Move-Ins and Move-Outs on property: • Set up and breaking down of padding in designated elevators • Inspections of common areas before and after moves • Documenting any and all damages; including names and phone numbers of responsible parties for follow-up of repairs.
