National field service company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors, or inspection companies to service Livingston County, Woodford County, Marshall County, Putnam County, La Salle County As an Independent Mortgage Field Inspector, you’ll be conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), along with providing property condition photos, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. Applicant Requirements: Must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in and have regular, daylight availability as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours. Applicants will also need: an updated Android or IOS Apple phone, Computer, Printer, High Speed Internet, GPS, and a Volt Stick/Voltage Tester. The successful candidate will have access to dependable, fuel-efficient transportation and the ability to work independently, utilizing strong time management skills to meet deadlines. Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass an industry standard background check. This is a 1099, contract opportunity. Everything is in storage, so I need someone who can put the leg back on for me and not make it look like it fell off. Must come pick it up at my storage facility and then drop it off at my apartment. This is a sentimental piece as my grandfather gave it to me so getting rid of it is NOT an option. I am available some Fridays and all day on Saturdays to meet you at the storage unit.
