We’re hiring experienced, dependable field contractors to help execute deployments across the U.S. You’ll be boots-on-ground, working long days in variable terrain, with cutting-edge tools that help keep power infrastructure safe. This is a hands-on construction role with construction hours and conditions. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented leaders who can execute projects, mentor team members, and ensure quality installations. Responsibilities Lead and execute projects according to scope of work Install low voltage cabling in new construction and retrofit applications Supervise and mentor apprentice technicians on job sites Coordinate loading/unloading of tools and materials Organize and remove material waste Install TVs, speakers, surveillance cameras, and network equipment Oversee system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting Communicate project progress, challenges, and changes impacting cost or schedule Install conduits and infrastructure supporting low voltage cabling Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record for possible use of company truck or reliable source to get to multiple job sites around the Bay Area.
