Applicants must take pride in their work and ownership of their job duties, have good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience and understanding of pool water chemistry, filters, pumps and other cleaning systems is preferred, but not necessary. Applicant must have a strong work ethic, be honest and reliable, and able to work independently. Job Description: This is a year-round Full Time position. Technicians will be cleaning pools, maintaining proper water chemistry, and ensuring correct operation of pool equipment. Requirements: All Applicants MUST (no exceptions please) Valid AZ driver license and clean driving record Clean criminal record and drug free A clean-cut, professional look and able to communicate with customers pleasantly Ability to start early and tolerate Arizona temperature extremes Be reliable and sometimes work long hours Be organized, have the ability to check email, able communicate with supervisor daily Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs Be able to supply verifiable employment references (we will be checking these) Have a smartphone that can take pictures, text pictures, and access email Be able to work legally in the US Be willing to commute to West Chandler Compensation: Hourly during training - Hourly and Per Pool after training (average $19-$22/hr) Paid Holiday Vacation (2 weeks- week of Thanksgiving and Christmas) Health Insurance Paid training Paid Sick Time CLICK HERE TO APPLY
