Job Description and Duties • Drive to and from job sites to pick up/deliver materials with a pick-up truck and a trailer, as needed • Forklift operation experience preferred • Maintain equipment and work vehicles when not in service • Assess issues and problems in the field and respond accordingly under the direction of senior engineers and/or supervisor • Maintain client relationships with the goal of meeting customer expectations • Assist team members in testing and assessing cathodic protection systems • Gather field data including but not limited to structure-to-soil potentials, soil resistivity, continuity, rectifier output, anode output, etc. • Operate equipment such as rectifiers, insulation flange tester, pipe locator, portable current source, field computer, etc. • Tabulate and organize field data • Assist Office Manager and other team members processing data on a computer using MS-Word and Excel. • Work in compliance with technical, safety and compliance procedures and guidelines Minimum Qualifications • High-school diploma or greater • Must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively under time constraints. • Ability to tailor communications to everyone from the Janitor to managers/supervisors. • Exhibit great attention to details. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. • Willingness to develop skills and certifications through applicable industry organizations, such as NACE International. • Must be able to qualify for and maintain Operator Qualification (OQ) standards. Warehouse Worker/Egg Processor Schedule: M-F 6:00am-3:00pm, occasional overtime and Saturdays Payrate: $16/hr. Job Description: Identify and pack quality eggs. Inspect eggs for quality stamps, make boxes, label cartons and cases as assigned. Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies, safety rules, product labels, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Job Functions: Multi-task Prepare eggs for delivery to various locations Work to package items Pack cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging materials Be able to detect and determine different egg sizes and packaging materials to eliminate mixing Be able to identify dates and labels for the product run Distinguish between good and bad eggs as well as product Perform other duties as directed by management Capable of standing, bending, turning, and/or walking for 8-12 hours per day. Job Description: Trash Chute Cleaning Tech As part of Island Chute Cleaning Services, workers will assist in the cleaning and maintenance of trash chutes in residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise structures. Tasks include: Assisting in the operation of a 4000 PSI pressure washer with a Mosmatic duct spinner to clean trash chutes. Hoisting the Mosmatic pressure washer spinner (which can weigh up to 140 lbs. at most) from the roof of high-rise buildings and carefully lowering it down the trash chute for thorough cleaning. Handling and maneuvering hoses, cleaning equipment, and degreasers as needed. Setting up safety barriers and ensuring work areas remain clean and hazard-free. Assisting in light debris removal from chutes and surrounding areas. Following strict safety procedures, including the use of PPE (gloves, goggles, respirators, harnesses, etc.) Working at heights, in confined spaces, and performing moderate to heavy physical labor.
