What You'll Do Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate AI-driven features (e.g., autocomplete, summarization, natural language queries) directly into the front end. SUMMARY The IT Support Tech is responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations of Billings Flying Service (BFS). The IT Support Tech shall be responsible for responding to IT systems issues presented by BFS employees through the IT Help Desk support ticketing system, email, and phone contacts. This position will also provide support of IT projects, technology builds, and all technical systems at BFS. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Gathering and triaging employee requests for IT support. Responding to IT support requests in a timely manner. Interfacing and communicating with BFS users to assist with resolving IT related problems or technology builds. Gathering information and examining problems from multiple angles to find and implement the most suitable solutions. Walking employees through step-by-step resolutions via phone, email or in person. Physical setup, configuration and support of computers, printers, mobile devices, and all other IT related equipment.
