What You’ll Do ● Client Support: Respond to billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ● Collections: Make outreach to past-due accounts to ensure timely payments. ● Payment Processing: Handle credit card transactions and process payments in POS systems. ● Account Oversight: Monitor accounts, update billing requests, and submit invoices through QuickBooks and third-party portals (OPS, VendorCafe, Nexus, etc.).
