Job Responsibilities Are the following; Manage all tenants that apply for residential Real Estate application process. Must have prior knowledge of real estate and property management, Bi lingual is great but not a requirement . Type up agreement of sales and communicate with real estate companies upon final completion of transactions. Knowledge of talking to people if complaints occur, must know all aspects of the computer system create spreadsheets if needed, answer incoming calls. Must know microsoft office, word, excel, power point,quickbooks. Also know how to type a letter and have strong writing skills. Will train to meet both expectations. Looking for someone for long term commitment to help run our family own real estate investment co. Will train if willing to learn and take direction. Please forward all resume. YOUTH BASKETBALL COACH — WINTER 2026 (TEMPORARY / SEASONAL) Jewish Community Center of San Francisco (JCCSF) January 2026 – March 2026 OVERVIEW The Jewish Community Center of San Francisco is seeking enthusiastic and experienced basketball coaches for our youth program this winter. Applicants should have basketball coaching experience and/or strong basketball knowledge and experience working with children ages 5–12 years. The JCCSF youth sports philosophy, “Redefine the Score,” focuses on developing both sport-specific and life skills in a positive, fun atmosphere. RESPONSIBILITIES Create team goals aligned with JCCSF youth sports values. Plan and lead practices and games emphasizing skill development and positive reinforcement. Be consistently present for weekday practices and weekend games. Coach during game days: set lineups, make substitutions, and apply age-appropriate strategies. Learn and follow league rules and expectations. Communicate effectively with players, parents, other coaches, and supervisors. Perform other duties as needed. REQUIREMENTS Experience working with children ages 5–12. Knowledge of basketball fundamentals; prior youth coaching experience preferred. Familiarity with early childhood development is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation to program locations. Availability for practices, games, trainings, and meetings throughout the season. WORKING CONDITIONS Indoor gym setting. Practices and games are held Monday–Sunday, typically between 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand for long periods. Lift up to 25 lbs.
