Product Manager

Role Summary: TEAM is looking for a Product Manager who is a strong team-leader capable of delivering innovative solutions to complex problems for our tech-enabled service business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our technical product vision and strategy. Your primary goal will be to create the product roadmap, get stakeholder buy- in, and then lead the delivery of new product offerings to our clients and internal teams. What you will do: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives using Salesforce and other tools and systems Work closely with Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and other Executive Team members to align strategic priorities with product offerings Lead and inspire a technical team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support in the delivery of high-quality solutions Partner with engineering team as the ‘voice of the customer’ for our internal technical teams Oversee end-to-end product development process, including requirements gathering and prioritization, design, development, testing, and release. The California salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000.
