Maintenance Technician - Desert Aggregates (Goodyear)

Every day brings something new — from production runs to hands-on maintenance. Your responsibilities include: Assisting shift supervisors with plant inspections and maintenance planning. Performing maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screen decks, and wash plants. Troubleshooting systems and identifying what needs repair or adjustment. Collaborating with your crew to complete production goals safely and efficiently. Following all safety standards and PPE requirements. Adapting to changing schedules and plant needs — flexibility is key. ⚙️ What We’re Looking For Hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience (aggregate or industrial preferred). Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability. Willingness to work hard in outdoor environments and changing conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen. 🕐 Work Schedule Current shift: 2 PM – 12 AM Must be flexible with hours and seasonal changes. Expect 10–12 hour shifts, 5–6 days per week, including Saturdays. Work involves lifting 50–100 lbs and performing physical labor at heights and in various weather conditions. 💰 Compensation & Benefits Pay: Starting at $24+ per hour (based on experience).
