Key Responsibilities: • Level 1 & 2 IT Support: Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users, both onsite and remotely. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a Level 1 & 2 IT support role with the capability to work effectively both onsite and remotely. • Familiarity with low-voltage work, including cabling and installations. • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently, whether onsite or remotely. • Physical ability to handle tasks such as lifting and moving equipment. • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly for clear and concise remote communication. • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and advance within the company.
