Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Lead Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. There is no need for a driver's license as we will provide transportation. Position: Financial Manager Department: Finance Reports to: CEO Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the critical financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
