The primary function of the Property Manager is to handle on-site park operations. The Property Manager will work under the direction of the Portfolio Manager to complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks including but not limited to: · Rent collection and remote bank deposits. · Rules enforcement. · Working with vendors to obtain project bids and ensure those projects are completed within scope. · Collect applications and review for completeness. · Routine maintenance and minor repairs of park infrastructure. · Compose letters of various nature to residents. · Send out monthly billing statements. · Read water meters. In this role, the applicant must demonstrate good judgment, gentle customer service, problem solving skills, working knowledge of park infrastructure, working knowledge of basic Windows based software, the ability to efficiently multi -task and the capability and flexibility to address issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will have handyman skills with basic carpentry, plumbing and be willing to handle some grunt work like digging and cold-patching potholes. Seeking a competent Quality Control Inspector to do Pre & Post Inspections of Short Term Rental Properties primarily in North & West Shores Lake Tahoe. Pre Inspection responsibilities entail ensuring that the house is “guest ready” (clean, organized, stocked with household supplies, everything working as would be expected - i.e. internet, TV’s, digital locks, etc.). Post Inspections responsibilities entail checking on the house to ensure that everything is secure and accounted for (i.e. no damage, no major items missing from the house, etc.). Qualified candidates will have a strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in real-time as issues are encountered, and a willingness to “roll up sleeves” as needed in order to help bring about resolutions. Ability and willingness to shovel snow on occassion as needed in order to maintain reasonable and safe access to properties. General handyman skills are an added plus (but not required) and can serve as an additional opportunity to earn via maintenance repairs.
