Able to layout, read plans, and use laser Rebar: positions and secures steel bars, rods, cables, or mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete Interpret blueprints - Use blueprints, sketches, or oral instructions to determine the quantities, sizes, shapes, and locations of rebar Cut and shape rebar - Use metal shears, hacksaws, bar cutters, or acetylene torches to cut rebar to the required lengths. Use hand tools or rod-bending machines to bend steel rods Position and secure rebar - Use fasteners, rod-bending machines, blowtorches, or hand tools to position and secure rebar in concrete forms Ensure quality - Ensure the quality of the work performed by remeasuring pieces to meet quality control standards Concrete Forms Follow blueprints - use blueprints and building plans to ensure the structure is built correctly. cut, shape, and measure wood, metal, and other materials to construct forms. Install forms - install forms using rigging hardware and cranes. use layout tools to ensure the structure is properly located. Prepare forms - install spreaders, anchors, tie rods, and braces to prepare the forms for concrete. Operator: Able to operate both bobcat loader and bobcat mini excavator (S66 Skid Steer Loader & E32 Mini Excavator).
