What We’re Looking For 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance required within the last 10 years. 2+ years’ experience preferred. Applicants with trades experience will receive consideration. Must be well-versed in the unit turn process from start to finish. Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory.
