We clean out houses and other locations. Role is to be our moving foreman. Drive our truck and 16 foot trailer. Manage and orchestrate the moving and safe loading and unloading of materials. That is 1/3 of role. Remainder of the time is to manage the items in our warehouse and storage, discard trash, tear down large unsellable items. Job is sometimes your own private rage room! (Sawzall and crowbar provided) Self starter, hard worker, think before you act, steady pace, follow directions and manage others. Must have clean driving record and be able to be insured on our vehicles. Must be comfortable and competent manipulating truck and trailer in tight spaces. Start at $20 per hour contract work with conversion and pay review after 90 days.
