Position Overview: We are a growing construction company based in the San Fernando Valley, currently seeking a reliable and skilled crew member to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple construction trades and will be comfortable working locally, primarily within the Valley. Key Responsibilities: • Perform tasks such as tile installation, basic electrical work, plumbing, drywall taping, mudding, and other general construction duties. • If you have skills in any of these areas, that’s a strong plus. We prefer experienced candidates, as we need to maintain a steady and efficient workflow. • Operate a box truck or similar vehicle if needed; we can provide training on this if you have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Work primarily within the San Fernando Valley area, with occasional work outside the Valley as needed. • Communicate effectively in Spanish; bilingual candidates are preferred to support team collaboration. Qualifications: • Prior experience in construction trades (tiling, electrical, plumbing, drywall work, etc.). • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to drive a box truck (training available if needed). • Fluency in Spanish is highly beneficial. • Strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Compensation: • Pay is dependent on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
