Expected Start Date: November 2025 End Date: January 2026 You'll be a key part of our screen printing team, helping keep our production running smoothly. Your daily tasks will primarily involve: -Screen Prep and Clean-up: Assisting with setting up printing screens for new jobs and thoroughly cleaning screens after use (degreasing, reclaiming emulsion, and washing). -Production Line Support: Catching, stacking, and folding t-shirts and other apparel as they come off the conveyor dryer. Attention to detail is a must! -General Assistance: Running materials, keeping the print area organized, and assisting the screen printing operators with any additional tasks needed to meet daily production goals. -Inventory and Organization: Helping to maintain a clean and orderly shop environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and organizing supplies. We're Looking For Someone Who Is: -Reliable: Shows up on time and is ready to work a full shift. -Detail-Oriented: Able to count accurately and catch any print imperfections. -Hardworking: Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks (lifting boxes, etc.). -A Team Player: Willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Experience is a Plus! Previous experience in a screen printing shop (even entry-level) or other fast-paced production environment is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person.
