Job Title : QA Analyst (Release Management) Location : Washington, DC Type : Long Term Rate - $Open (Best Possible) Job Responsibilities – Coordinate builds and testing of releases. Coordinate the scheduling and roll out of releases. Provide communication and information, including relevant release documentation, as required. Ensure appropriate checkpoints are met and coordinate release sign off. Coordinate the implementation of the release. Complete post implementation reviews. Maintain quality checks on releases and record those that directly or indirectly cause support Incidents. Requirement – Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Must have hands on experience with a TPF system. Must be well versed in Schedule Management. Capable to deliver a comprehensive assessment of current state of project's release statuses. Previous exposure to ITIL release, service management and/or project management. Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle work pressures to successfully deliver releases. Experience of working across different business areas, demonstrating customer focus and good corporate awareness. Service Now experience extremely desirable. Involvement in design and implementation of policy, process and procedure. Demonstrable ability of being able to communicate across departments at all levels and with senior management, including directors. Responsibilities: • Sort, process, consolidate, triage, organize, route, palletize, and package both incoming and outgoing asset materials • Quickly diagnose, identify issues, and capture computer hardware or relevant devices information • Follow strict data sanitization and destruction procedures when processing data-bearing assets • Label, log, and document on all assets moving in and out in the area • Inventory products at designated area, organize, and maintain shelf life • Meet or exceed monthly goals and understand the nuanced requirements, deadlines and due dates between each order’s requirement • Ensure a safe and secure working environment • Manage and organize workstation, equipment, staging area and parts area • Research on product value • Handle goods and equipment properly to avoid damage or breakage • Maintain clean and safe housekeeping in and around warehouse • Assist in job training to new staff, participants, volunteers, and clients • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • AS degree or 2 years of related jobs experiences working in a warehouse environment • Familiarity with a wide variety computer hardware components and operating systems • Understand the up-to-date computer hardware components verse older generations • Push or pull heavy objects into position using pallet jacks or other moving carts • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing workload • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Server and Networking equipment experience a plus • Microsoft, A+, N+ certifications a plus This position reports to ITAD Supervisor Email: jobs@cews.com your resume and ensure to include [HAYWARD] in your email title

Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of testing network products. Basic knowledge of Radius, VLAN technologies, 802.1x, Captive portal. Good understanding of networking architecture such as Routing/Switching (OSPF / BGP /IS-IS), IP, TCP/UDP, and application layers such as HTTP, SNMP, etc. Familiar with 802.11 wireless protocols. Strong ability to write quality code (automation test code) . Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experienced with Cloud performance testing is a plus. Experienced with L3 switch or Gateway test is a strong plus. Experience with a large-scale enterprise network deployment is a plus.
