10 Roads Express is hiring Class A CDL truck drivers to serve our mission of providing reliable service for customers across America.
$5 weekend differential (Fri-Sun)
$500 referral bonus (paid after referred driver completes first trip)
Internal transfer program after 30 Days
Benefits after 30 days (spouse and family coverage available) medical, dental, and vision
Starting Pay: $33.28 - $38.28 Per Hour | Paid for all drive and on-duty time!
Schedule: Springfield, MA to Various Locations - FT Extra Board | Extra $5 on Weekends!
10 Roads extra board drivers work as business demands, filling in for days off, vacations, sick days, call-offs, etc.
Daytime, Evening, and Nighttime schedules are available.
Hours and trips will vary; extra board drivers are kept busy due to the nature of the business.
Possible 10-Hour DOT Breaks
*$27.80 + $5.00 in Weekend Differential Pay (Friday to Sunday or on Federal Holidays) + $5.48 in Benefit Pay (up to 40 hours per week) - Benefit Pay offsets monthly health insurance premiums.
Experience / Background:
Class A CDL is required
12+ months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience
No DUI in the last five years
