Physical aspects to the job - Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds, ability to bend, twist and reach, enter and exit a vehicle multiple times in a shift, and navigate stairs during daily shift. Drivers will also have to stand for 30+ minutes while they pack their bags or help with packaging up meals for the day. Delivery routes are approximately 2 hours long. When you return from your route, you will clean out your bags and get ready for the next day. A typical shift is 2.5 to 3 hours long. You must have a valid drivers license, a good driving record and a reliable vehicle.
