Welder/Fabricator (Laurel)

Innotech Process Equipment, located in Bellingham, WA, is looking for experienced stainless-steel welder / fabricators. Innotech designs and builds rugged, high quality, food processing equipment for the small fruit, seafood, meat, and vegetable industries. What We Offer: Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Modern facility Great work environment Late model Miller welders CNC brake CNC Waterjet CNC Router Company BBQ’s and events Opportunities to grow and advance within the company What we ask from you: 1-year minimum Stainless Steel TIG welding experience Mild Steel welding experience Strong metal, materials and tool knowledge Strong fabrication skills Read and understand shop drawings Self-starter, mature and competent Work without constant supervision Work overtime as needed US citizenship or be authorized to work in US Strong consideration will be given to those with the following experience: WABO certified Experience with process equipment fabrication Experience with aluminum AutoCAD or Solidworks knowledge Shop maintenance skills Read and understand shop drawings Candidates MUST have recent stainless TIG and MIG experience and will be tested for both weld quality and fabrication skills. Responsibilities Our welder/fabricators must be able to cut/fit/weld their projects with minimum supervision. You must be proficient with an Iron Worker, Shear, Press Brake, Power hand tools. We are a drug-free team. If you have excellent work ethic, are honest, trustworthy, we would like to hear from you. Final candidates are required to take a pre-employment drug test. These positions are full-time (40 hours per week). We offer overtime at various times throughout the year as projects require.
