We are a staffing firm in Bay Area providing services to local businesses owners (who own retail stores). We help business owners with staffing Virtual Assistants, Shopify Developer, WooCommerce Developer, Marketing Assistants, Graphic Designers, etc., One of our ideal customer segments are business owners needing support with Ecommerce website development, maintenance, product/catalog uploads, product photo/video, marketing, advertising, etc.,
What you’ll do
• Visit 30+ local stores/week (furniture, flooring/tile, lighting, auto parts, appliance parts, etc.,) located in San Jose.
• Secure owner contact, handover information to them and schedule a follow-up appointment
• Make cold calls to prospective customers
• Log notes in our CRM system; schedule follow-ups
• Participate in local business networking events to promote our business.
You are
• Comfortable starting conversations with business owners, managers and assistants.
• Presentable and formally dressed; reliable transport.
• Organized with a phone + basic notes/spreadsheets.
• Retail or field-sales experience would be helpful.
Pay: $25/hour + Sales Commission (Average $7K to $10K Per Month) + Vehicle Allowance.
Hours: Upto 20 Hours Per Week. May have evening hours to accomodate business networking events.
