House Painting company looking to hire one new painter with solid skills in cutting straight lines with a paint brush. This position is for someone who likes cutting lines with a brush, and who rarely makes mistakes. Your main job will be brush cutting the wall/ceiling line, without getting wall paint on the ceiling… and straightening the cut lines on baseboards and trim, to make everything pop. The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of HVAC/refrigeration, cooking equipment, and general facilities systems across multiple restaurant locations. This role supervises Facility Maintenance Technicians and ensures the execution of preventative maintenance programs, cost-effective repairs, and vendor coordination, while maintaining safety, compliance, and service standards.
