Role Overview: You will provide high-quality cleaning services while helping maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver thorough, high-quality cleaning services Follow company procedures for cleaning and proper handling of supplies Pay close attention to detail to ensure a thorough and high-quality clean Communicate effectively with clients and team members to maintain smooth, professional service Keep cleaning tools and supplies organized and well-maintained What We’re Looking For: Kind & Respectful: Welcoming to all people. Hands on Work: The role includes tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving throughout a home, reaching, bending, and cleaning various surfaces. After Training: Starting at $21/hr (depending on experience) + 100% of tips + daily mileage reimbursement + paid drive time. Requirements: Experience: Prior professional residential or commercial cleaning. Transportation: Reliable car, valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and smartphone. Background Check: Conducted in compliance with Oregon law. Availability: At least 30–35 hours per week.
