Experienced Job-SiteLead: Pay: $22 – $35/hr DOE Requirements: - Requirements listed for general labor PLUS: - Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience. - Tenured carpenter with at least 2 years of leadership experience. - Strong communication and mentorship skills. - Safety driven and detail oriented. - Well versed in the construction industry. - Must demonstrate strong “teaching-style” leadership – guiding and mentoring others, not just supervising. - Skilled in blue print reading, cutting, fastening, and finishing.
