Place stacks of loaded egg flats onto pallet. Move palletized flats from the lift and replace pallets using a pallet jack. Help others where needed. Clean and sanitize work area before end of each day (including shoveling chicken waist as well as discarding chickens that have passed away) Clean and maintain the packing floor area. Clean and wipe down the machines and conveyor. Empty shell collection trays. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
