This career opportunity will have a Monday-Friday schedule and is located at our office in Studio City. The scheduled hours for this position are 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm, after an initial training period of 2 - 4 weeks. The training period hours are 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently. Document technical procedures and user guides for clients. Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems. Install and configure new technology for clients, including hardware, operating systems, and software. Provide training to clients on new systems and technologies. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry. Assist with special projects that require technical expertise. Ensure data security and privacy protocols are followed. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 - 12 month engagement with an annualized salary of $120,000 - $150,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
