Grappone Ford is seeking an experienced Ford Parts Counter person with a positive attitude. CDK experience is helpful but not necessary. The ideal candidate: - Excellent communication skills. - Interacts well with others and is a positive influence on morale. - Converses effectively/efficiently regarding guest parts status - Reads and understands the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts - Answers phone calls and provides price quotes -Makes suggestions when appropriate regarding specific parts and accessories that may be needed for each job - Provides information regarding the associated cost of parts required on repair orders - Keeps inventory control system and parts catalog up to date - Is polite and friendly, greets guests promptly, and delivers exceptional customer service. - Actively seeks and obtains a thorough knowledge of parts history, merchandise, and automobile service. - Works with parts manager and aids in reaching set goals for profitability and sales of parts and accessories Hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm with an occasional Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm A pre-employment drug screening, physical, and criminal background check are required of this position.
