Specialty Care Adult Family Home taking care of patients with Respiratory Needs. We are in search of a Full time CNA who can work Full time Night position. Essential Functions: Reassesses patient status after intervening as per training. Follows an individualized nursing plan of care. Coordinates patient care activities, when needed. Establishes priorities for patient care. Treats assigned patients based on acuity levels Correctly carries out the physician's plan of care. Accurately documents in the EMR. Documents care according to policy and procedures Initiates appropriate measures in emergency situations. Assists others with patient care activities when own assignment is completed. Participates in unit-based activities, including staff meetings. This job description is not all encompassing. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Must have One (1) year of experience as a CNA. WA DOH Active and unencumbered license. Completion, or ability to complete of WA DSHS approved AFH minimum qualifications. Must obtain BLS with AED certification within thirty (30) days of hire, if not already possessed. Must obtain current TB ppd, or gold top serum test within two (2) days of hire [2-step if never been done before]. Preferred Qualifications: Computer keyboarding skills preferred. Job Type: Full Time Salary: $25.00 -30.00 /hour

Applicant must pass TB test, Live Scan and background check. Must be reliable, compassionate and love the elderly. Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Group Home Resident Manager based in Portland, OR. The Group Home Resident Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the group home, providing support and supervision to residents, managing staff schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating resident activities, managing the home’s budget, and handling any emergencies or issues that arise. You will be providing assistance with activities of daily living such as: Daily entertainment activities and some community outings Assisting with personal hygiene and care Medication administration and documentation Meal preparation, cleaning and laundry Positive behavior supports and basic life skill coaching Implementing Individual Support Plans Properly handling a crisis and follow protocol in stressful situations Administrative paperwork Job Requirements: 1 year as Resident Manager (or similar) experience 2 years working with adults with disabilities Have a current valid driver's license Must be 18+ years of age Have or be willing to complete the following required training: -OIS training (This is a 2 day training class that’s a total of 16 hours. We will provide you with info where to obtain this) -Pass the caregiver basic training test that’s given by Clackamas County. (There are training videos available online that go over the test subjects.
