Charlie’s Deli & Delivery is now hiring Night Sandwich Makers to prepare delicious craft sandwiches for customers based on our unique menu and recipes. If you enjoy working nights, making sandwich masterpieces, working in a fast-paced environment, and being a part of a great team, then we want to hear from you! PLEASE INCLUDE: 1) A RESUME OR WORK HISTORY 2) A SHORT COVER LETTER OR EMAIL TELLING US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY YOU WANT THIS JOB In this role, you will receive customer’s orders and accurately and efficiently make a variety of sandwiches; assist with prepping, cooking and stocking supplies and food items; maintain and clean work areas and the kitchen; train new team members, answer phones; and provide a high-level of customer service to each and every customer. Qualified candidates will have a passion for making sandwiches and working in a food service environment; minimum of 2 years’ restaurant work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as an effective team member; upbeat communication skills and positive attitude; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks and stay organized; and lift up to 50 pounds. Night shifts will end close to, or after, midnight. We offer all full time employees a starting wage of $18 per hour + tips (currently ~$22.00) plus benefits.
