SharePizzeria Mercato is looking to add a food and wine loving server to our experienced team. The menu changes on a regular basis based around what is available from the market, keeping our servers and guests constantly seeing changes with the season. The right candidate for a server position here at Mercato loves food, wine, and their community. Our service team are allowed to use their great personalities paired with the knowledge we entrust to them to create an overall experience that keeps people coming back time and time again. Our servers work really hard, and their tip average reflects that on top of a $7.25/hourly rate, no $2.13 here. We are a tip pool based restaurant meaning that team-work is essential for the success of our servers. Our staff also have a set schedule so your schedule does not vary from week to week so that it allows for a balance between work and home. So, if you like working with great food and great people in a lively atmosphere that has all the systems set-up to help you succeed, this will be a great position for you.
