Share4 Seasons Estate Sales is a growing estate sale company based in Salem, Oregon. While we generally limit our travel to within about an hour to an hour and a half from Salem, most of our work is in Salem and nearby communities. We specialize in organizing and running professional estate sales, liquidations, and clean-outs. We are looking for motivated, reliable people to join our team! Position Overview This is an entry-level, hands-on position with room for growth. Duties include: Heavy lifting and moving furniture, boxes, and household items Sorting, cleaning, and organizing items for display Helping stage and set up sales in an appealing way Assisting with clean-outs of homes and offices Providing friendly customer service during sales Requirements Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (required) Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work Able to work weekends (most sales happen Friday–Sunday) Willing to undergo a background check Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow direction Flexible schedule – some weeks will be close to full-time hours, others may be lighter depending on projects What We Offer Competitive starting pay Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company A fun, dynamic work environment – no two days are the same The unique experience of working with estates and uncovering one-of-a-kind items 📍 Based in Salem, OR – travel generally within 1–1.5 hours of Salem 👉 To apply, reply with your name, contact info, and a short note about your availability, work experience, and why this job interests you.
