As a Front Office Coordinator, you will support our mission of "creating hope by providing opportunities for people" by sourcing top talent, providing excellent customer service, and supporting your team. *This is a seasonal position with the possibility of long-term employment.* SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday (flexibility on days) HOURS: 20-40 hours weekly (depending on your availability) PAY: 18-20/hr+ D.O.E. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: • Recruit qualified candidates using a variety of search methods to fill job openings • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and screenings • Conduct in-depth and intentional interviews • Complete new-hire processes and paperwork with qualifying applicants • Complete documentation with 100% accuracy • Match employees with jobs according to their qualifications and clients’ needs • Provide support, direction, and coaching to employees • Educate and enforce all company policies (performance, attendance, safety, etc.) • Perform check-ins and follow-ups with employees who are placed • Support administrative tasks in your office – taking calls, answering emails, copying/faxing/scanning documents • Maintain communication with the team, clients, and employees regarding all relevant information • Most importantly, live out our core values, and add to our collaborative and empowering company culture MORE ABOUT US: Our core values are the foundation of our culture at GLISS, and together we share the responsibility of bringing them to life every day.
