Accounts Payable Clerk – $19.50/HR Location: Albany, OR Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday A well-established company in Albany, OR is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payment distribution, and vendor account reconciliation. Experience with NetSuite is required. Key Responsibilities: Process and verify vendor invoices for proper coding, authorization, and accuracy Enter invoices into NetSuite and manage payments from start to finish Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain and update vendor records in the accounting system Assist with month-end close procedures and reporting Respond to internal and vendor inquiries in a professional manner Provide documentation and support during audits Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or bookkeeping training preferred Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience Experience using NetSuite is required Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to perform accurate arithmetic calculations and reconcile data Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures Job Highlights: $19.50/hour with weekly pay Full-time, day-shift schedule Evaluation-to-hire opportunity Stable company with long-term growth potential Interested in this opportunity?
