Regional Operations Manager – Atlanta, GA About Us Attic Buddies Insulation is The Friendly Insulation Experts, serving homeowners with trusted attic solutions that reduce energy costs, improve comfort, and protect homes. We are expanding in Atlanta and looking for a strong leader to help us sustain growth and ensure operational excellence. The Role We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations, manage installation crews, and uphold our brand promise of service, quality, and trust. This role reports directly to ownership and is a key part of our long-term expansion. Responsibilities: - Manage daily field operations: insulation removal/installation, attic sealing, radiant barrier, and solar fans. - Supervise, train, and hold crews accountable to company standards. - Ensure all jobs are logged and tracked in FieldPulse CRM. - Protect profitability through job planning, inventory management, and cost control. - Maintain customer satisfaction, handling any escalations with professionalism. - Lead with integrity, ensuring the company’s values of service, problem-solving, and customer trust are lived out. - Conduct in-home estimates and represent the company professionally with homeowners. - Be available to the owner on an on-call basis. Qualifications: - 5+ years in home improvement sales and management. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Familiarity with CRM/job-tracking software (FieldPulse preferred). - High ethical standards, integrity, and alignment with service-driven values. - Ability to grow into a senior leadership role.
