Looking for a picture framer/ sales person. Starting at part time, 20 hours / week. Experience preferred, not necessary. Willing to learn. Job includes working at sales, customer service, custom picture frame design. Also may include working in frame shop on premises, cutting, joining moulding to make picture frames. Also responsible for cleaning , organizing showroom, ( front of store ), frame shop, ( back room ).

Location: El Cajon, CA Key Duties: • Ensure that units are clean and in working order in preparation for new residents. • Perform various maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal shape. • As needed, take care of drywall repairs and painting work. • As needed, fix or install sliding closet doors and doors. • Fix or replace fixtures throughout the complex. • Oversee plumbing maintenance, including caulking, brazing, and repairing toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and snaking drains. • As needed, replace ceiling fans, outlets, and switches.
