Who We're Looking For: Detail-Oriented: You don’t miss baseboards, behind the toilet, or ceiling fans. Reliable: You show up on time and finish the job thoroughly. Great Communicator: You can text, call, and leave notes that are clear and respectful. Experienced: You’ve cleaned professionally before—or you clean like a pro. Team Player: You work well with others and can also manage a job solo.
