We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. Responsibilities • Greet and assist self-service customers with machines, payment systems, and general questions • Process Wash-Dry-Fold (WDF) orders with correct sorting, chemical handling, and folding standards • Keep the store clean: machines, folding tables, restrooms, customer areas • Handle sales of detergent and other laundry items • Maintain machine function (empty lint traps, report issues quickly) • Perform accurate register transactions and shift closeouts • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed Qualifications • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused • Attention to cleanliness and detail • Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 30 lbs • English fluency (bilingual a plus, especially Spanish) • Positive attitude, proactive initiative Benefits • Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for raises after 90 days • Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time shifts available) • Shift premiums for evenings/weekends • Opportunity to grow into lead or supervisory roles
