We are a high volume, fast paced CATERING company that works solely with the Movie Industry that comes from Hollywood. We are not open to the public. Responsibilities: - Must be able to cook with the team and be hands on. - Have a self-starting attitude with a sense of urgency. - Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards. - Learn menu items, complete tasks of the day and prepare food items for the following day. Qualifications: - Fast Pace Environment - MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE. - Extensive Catering Experience with High Volume Kitchen. - Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high volume kitchen environment. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. - Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a strong plus but not required.
