The role requires close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities Daily On-Site Operations Management: • Establish schedules • Control project costs • Facilitate communication and updates with internal and external customers (project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, etc.) • Direct and control all job site personnel, equipment, materials and suppliers • Consistently inspect for and maintain standards of excellence in safety, quality and productivity Regular, Accurate and Professional Documentation of the Following: • Project schedule and progression • Work orders, back charges and purchase orders. • Performance of direct reports • Safety conditions Contribution to Continuous Product and Service Improvement: • Minimize errors and emergencies through forward thinking and planning • Understand the consistency of details throughout the project Skills & Qualifications • 7+ years of Construction Site Management from start to finish • Demonstrated leadership and delegation skills • Knowledge of building process and methods • Experience with scheduling software and MS Office required. • Well-versed at reading and interpreting blueprint • Knowledge of Construction codes and methods • Basic understanding of all construction trades and subcontractors’ scopes of work • Must have good written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills and initiative • Valid driver’s license Salary and Benefits • Salary DOE • Medical Insurance after 60 days • PTO • Holiday Pay • Company Vehicle • Laptop • Cell Phone
