In this role, you will be responsible for prepping and painting structural steel components, as well as assisting with the loading and unloading of materials. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the overall operations of the shop and helping us meet high standards for quality and safety. Duties/Responsibilities: Punch Lists • Must be able to complete Punch List – A punch list is a quality checklist from the builder of the homeowner of any issues identified during the walk through. • Must be able to troubleshoot and read blueprints/ floor plans. • Must have National Electric Code (NEC) knowledge. Required Skills/Abilities: • Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electrical. • Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. • Must have their own standard residential electrical tools. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Must have specialty tool use knowledge – i.e. Jack Hammer, Generator, Multimeter, Toner. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Must be able to read paperwork and fill out necessary information. Education and Experience: • Previous experience in all phases of residential electrical. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Must have electrical safety knowledge. (Lock Out Tag Out) Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. • Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. • Must be able to work in hot and confined spaces (attic work). • Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. • Must have clean driving record.
