Job will consist of working on ongoing jobs, paint/plaster/drywall, and handling smaller repair jobs that come up in tenant occupied apts, such as general carpentry, plumbing leaks, light electrical issues 8 hours per day. $200 per day. 2-3 days per week. Must have clean driving record; you will be driving our van for various tasks. Must do clean and neat work. Must be an excellent communicator.
