Here at Washington Underground we are looking for a experienced Civil Foreman. We are needing someone with 5 years of experience to run 8-12 guys. Our benefits include PTO, Company Truck, Fuel card, Phone, 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, and HSA. We are offering $48-$65 a hour DOE, with 40-50 hour work week. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess plumbing system functionality and perform necessary maintenance. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for the installation of plumbing equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to plumbing tasks. Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. Previous experience as a foreman. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid commercial driving license may be required depending on job assignments.
